Refund policy

At Hackcloth, we believe in providing you with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you might change your mind or receive a product that just doesn't work for you, which is why we offer a flexible return policy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days from the date of delivery. We offer a reverse pick-up facility for most pin codes, making it hassle-free for you. If your pin code is not serviceable, you can self-ship the product(s).

We will process your refund within 4-5 business days after your return completion, in original payment method.

Kindly note that we take hygiene seriously, so the items should not be worn, washed, or soiled. If you have received a defective product, contact our Customer Support team with images, and we will assist you with a refund or replacement.

If you need to return a product from a combo pack, you will have to return the entire pack, as partial returns are not accepted.

Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.

Products purchased during a sale are final sale and does not qualify for replacement/returns.

We do not refund the gift wrapping charges if goods are returned. Moreover, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.

To maintain our hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on certain product categories, such as masks, boxers, shorts, sweat-activated t-shirts, and socks. However, we may, at our discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
