Shipping
Where do you ship, and is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Israel, the UAE and India. Orders to the EU, the UK, Switzerland and Norway ship by express courier for a flat fee that depends on the country and order value. If your country is not offered at checkout, email us and we will see what we can do.
Will I pay customs or import duties in the EU or UK?
No. For the EU, the UK, Switzerland and Norway, the express shipping fee already includes import duties and VAT, so there is nothing extra to pay when the parcel arrives.
Where do orders ship from, and how do I track mine?
Orders ship from India, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as yours ships. Delivery estimates are in our shipping policy.
Sizing and fit
How do HackCloth sizes fit?
Everything is a unisex regular fit. Each product page has a size guide with garment measurements, so compare it with a top you already like. If you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.
What sizes are available?
Most t-shirts come in S to 2XL, hoodies in S to XL, and sweatshirts in XS to XL. The exact sizes for each product are shown on its page.
Fabric and care
What are the t-shirts made of?
Our t-shirts are 180 GSM single-jersey, bio-washed and pre-shrunk, with a round neck and side seams. Solid colors are 100% combed cotton; Melange Grey is 83% cotton and 17% polyester.
What are the hoodies and sweatshirts made of?
Hoodies and crewneck sweatshirts are 320 GSM, fleece-lined and brushed inside, bio-washed and pre-shrunk. Solid colors are 100% combed cotton. They are heavyweight and warm.
How do I wash my HackCloth clothes?
To keep the print looking sharp, wash cold and inside out, hang to dry, and do not iron directly on the print.
Orders, returns and discounts
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items. If something arrives misprinted or damaged, email us a photo and we will replace it or refund you. The full details are in our refund policy.
Do you have a discount code for first orders?
Yes. Use WELCOME10 at checkout for 10% off your first order.
How much do HackCloth products cost?
T-shirts are $45. Hoodies and sweatshirts are $80. Prices are in US dollars.
